Some people like to have a family picture for the background. Using Windows Explorer, (right click Start button, click Explore) browse to your photo folder and display as filmstrip. Right click on your photo and click "set as Desktop Background". I found this nice website with beautiful photos that you can use for your Desktop Background. You will need to know what screen resolution you have before going to the site. To do this, right-click on the Desktop and select properties. Now select the Settings tab and your resolution should be listed here. The site with the photos is www.breathtaking-photos.com. At the breathtaking-photos site, select the photo you want and then click on the resolution that matches yours or as close to it as possible. Allow the image to display in full size. Now right-click on the image and select Set as Background. Here is another site with lots of desktop background wallpapers in various sizes.
